Beyond the apartment — Torino's contemporary art scene, its chocolate tradition, and its flea markets, curated for a short stay.

Experience 01
Torino is Italy's understated contemporary-art capital — home to the Artissima fair, the GAM (Galleria Civica d'Arte Moderna), the former rail yards of OGR Torino now given over to exhibitions, and Castello di Rivoli, one of Europe's most important museums of contemporary art, just outside the city.
A self-guided or accompanied route through these spaces makes an easy half-day, and pairs naturally with Torino's long tradition of industrial design — from Fiat to Olivetti — that still shapes the city's visual language today.
Experience 02
Torino invented the aperitivo and the bicerin, and remains one of Italy's chocolate capitals. A guided or self-led trail links historic cafés like Al Bicerin and Baratti & Milano with contemporary chocolatiers, tracing two centuries of a tradition still very much alive.
End the walk the way locals do — with an aperitivo, Torino's own invention, at a bar in the centro storico as the evening light hits the porticoes.
Experience 03
Every Saturday, the Balon flea market spreads through the streets around Porta Palazzo; on the monthly Gran Balôn (second Sunday), it expands into one of Italy's best vintage and antiques markets — furniture, records, mid-century design and genuine period finds.
It's the best window into Torino's design instincts outside a museum, and a good place to pick up something small and real to take home.
Also at the Apartment
A proper espresso machine on the kitchen counter and the table set for two — a real Torinese morning without leaving the apartment.
Work from Torinese artists and flea-market finds hang throughout the apartment — a small, living introduction to the city's contemporary-art scene.
A quiet desk with good light, built for remote work or slow mornings with a sketchbook — Torino rewards a stay long enough to actually settle in.
